Mackenzie (Clausman) Jones grew up in Knox County. She attended Lincoln High School where she played tennis. She continued her tennis career at Kentucky Wesleyan College and completed her education at the University of Southern Indiana. Mackenzie went on to become a Certified Public Accountant in January 2011.
Following her education, Mackenzie worked in public accounting for six years. She then went on to corporate accounting for nearly four years while building her business on the side.
In January 2019, Mackenzie established MBJ Accounting, allowing her to work closely with businesses and individuals to meet their tax and financial needs. She enjoys using her 10+ years of experience to serve her clients and helping small businesses grow.
Mackenzie is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and the American Institute of CPA’s.
Mackenzie lives in Vincennes with her husband, Luke, and two children, Ellis and Rose. She enjoys time with her family and office dog, Scout.
In 2020, Lawrenceville native Rachel Carnahan joined the MBJ Accounting team.
